Mom.me did a survey, and seven out of every eight moms make sure to take the time out for themselves on a regular basis. 30% of moms spend their alone time reading. 20 % watch TV, 12% go online, and 4 % go out.
A total of 60 % of them only get time for themselves late at night or really early in the morning . . . in other words, when everyone else in the house is ASLEEP.
