Following frontman, Billie Joe Armstrong’s very public meltdown in Las Vegas at their last concert he went into rehab for substance abuse problems. Since the band was about to embark on their North American tour for the band’s trilogy of albums, “Uno, Dos & Tres,” the band had to put the tour on hold until the singer could get back on his feet.

Green Day just announced that the band would be returning to their tour, but not until March and some of those shows had to be cancelled. Including Green Day’s scheduled show at the MGM in February.
