The Southern Nevada Chapter of the American Red Cross lends a helping hand to those affected by natural disasters.
As 2013 gets underway, the non-profit organization will be on the receiving end of some good fortune.
The “Fire Hurts…Red Cross Helps” campaign is a special fundraising initiative supported by the Professional Fire Fighters of Nevada to provide assistance to local families who have lost their homes and belongings to fire.
In 2012, over 1500 individuals received support ffrom the local chapter.
Below is a list of generous donors which in total exceed $100 thousand. The goal for the year is to raise $300 thousand.
