CBS RADIO Las Vegas is excited to announce that current Mix 94.1 and X107.5 weekend personality, Heather Collins, has been promoted to the fulltime position of night host, on Mix 94.1 effective immediately. She can now be heard weeknights from 7:00 pm – 12:00 am on-air and streaming online at Mix941.fm.

“I am so proud of Heather,” says Program Director Charese Fruge. “She started out as an intern a few years ago, learned everything she possibly could about the station and perfected her on air skills by pulling as many shifts as she could on two stations. There is no one who deserves this opportunity more than she does. And by the way, she sounds AWESOME!”

Born and raised in Las Vegas, Heather is already well engrained not just in the local music scene, but also the community at large.

“If there is one thing I hope to accomplish here at Mix 94.1, it’s to connect with the listeners and introduce people to new upcoming music and talent,” says Heather.  “Nothing is better than seeing a listener meet their favorite band or win tickets to an awesome show!”
