Haley Reinhart, 25, is a singer/songwriter who released her debut album, Listen Up!, in 2012 on Interscope Records and 19 Recordings. The record garnered significant critical acclaim, debuting at #17 on the Billboard 200 chart. Her new EP, Better, will be released in 2016 via ole and red dot.
Reinhart grew up in Chicagoland, born into a world of music.Singing at the young age of 7, she began to take the stage alongside her parents and their band of 30 years: Midnight. Thanks to her parents’ diverse musical taste, Reinhart became heavily influenced by a wide variety of genres, including rock ’n’ roll, funk, pop, jazz, and the blues. She hit the big stage with the Wheeling High School jazz band, which toured across Europe in 2009,performing at both the Montreux Jazz Festival and Umbria Jazz Festival.
Reinhart continued to study jazz in college, forming several bands and side collaborations. In 2011, she competed on Season 10 of landmark TV singing competition series American Idol, eventually finishing in third place. Since then, she has signed a deal with ole and red dot, which has enabled her to travel the U.S. and abroad to work with the best international writers and producers.
Conrad Sewell’s voice precedes him. This stunning, show-stopping, and soulful delivery has already become the London-born, Australia-raised, and Los Angeles-based singer and songwriter’s signature. Within less than a year, it drove Kygo’s breakout single “Firestone” to over 300 million Spotify streams-and-counting and 3 million-plus worldwide sales. It turned heads on Conrad’s solo single “Start Again,” which went double-platinum in Australia, knocked Taylor Swift out of the country’s #1 spot, and earned ARIA Award nominations for “Song of the Year,” “Best Pop Release,” and even “Breakthrough Artist.” It caught the attention of Ed Sheeran who invited Conrad to open his sold out 2015 X Australia tour and industry legend Lyor Cohen who personally signed Conrad to 300 Entertainment.
Now, that voice drives his debut EP, All I Know [300 Entertainment]. He started tirelessly honing his talents as a child, imitating his mom’s Michael Jackson and Stevie Wonder records. By the time he turned 13-years-old, he embarked on a quest towards what he refers to as his “biggest goal”—to get signed. That first contract came as a songwriter for Universal in Sweden. He got a crash course in the pop capitol of the world, soaking up knowledge in the city’s hallowed hit-making studios. He fronted a band that notched a hit in Germany. Then, he booked a one-way ticket to Los Angeles and didn’t look back.
Pretty soon, Conrad found himself in the midst of high level bidding war between major labels, settling on 300 after asking for a sign in a Beverly Hills church and immediately receiving a call from the label he walked outside. His first single “Hold Me Up” caught fire right out of the gate. With its heavenly and hypnotic chant, the track received praise from the likes of Entertainment Weekly, Rolling Stone, Perez Hilton, Idolator, and more while quickly accumulating over 7 million streams on Spotify and invading pop radio stateside.
Florida-based Alex & Sierra are a vocal duo featuring Alex Kinsey and Sierra Deaton. Formed in 2009, Alex & Sierra are best known as the winners on the third season of the Fox vocal competition The X Factor. Although they knew each other while in high school, Kinsey and Deaton didn’t start performing together until they reconnected while attending the University of Southern Florida. It was there, after discovering they shared both a creative and romantic connection, that they began uploading videos of their cover songs online in 2009. In 2013, they auditioned for and were accepted onto the third season of The X Factor with a slow, sultry reworking of Britney Spears’ “Toxic.” Fan favorites during their time on the show, Alex & Sierra consistently received a majority of audience votes. After winning The X Factor in December of 2013, they released their debut full-length album, It’s About Us, featuring the singles “Scarecrow” and “Just Kids” with Columbia Records. They toured the US with both Colbie Caillait and Andy Grammar in support of the record, and are currently living in Los Angeles writing and recording songs for their second album.
Naked Elephant is defined by their cosmic envelope of sweeping guitar delays and experimental synth orchestras punctuated by signature bass riffs and ‘indie street’ chops – a tasteful percussive elegance that hasn’t forgotten the musician’s appetite for ‘strange’ while catering to the common ear’s desire for simplicity.
Piercing through this elegant blend of sounds are addicting melodies voiced by signature, coarse timber of front man Josh Royse contrasted with Mikey Tucker’s smooth harmonies. Their demo is self-produced, engineered and recorded in their home studio by lead guitarist and Berklee graduate Taylor Hatty.
Almost Normal is an Alternative duo that hails from Las Vegas, NV. Andrew Zakher and Ashley Lampman combine their talents to create a mixture of acoustic and percussive elements with keyboards that drive their evolved sound. Prior to reforming the line up in summer of 2013, the group has performed at several venues on the Las Vegas Strip and most surrounding states.
They’ve shared the stage with local and national touring artists including The Rocket Summer, Steel Panther and Las Vegas natives, Imagine Dragons. Almost Normal has appeared on local and national radio spots ranging from top 40 stations in Vegas to the renowned Playboy Radio. The duo has since released their debut EP ‘In Technicolor’ in Spring of 2014. Almost Normal has gained positive recognition from several music media outlets including UK music blog, Intamission Music. “It takes time and a lot of hard work to create the kind of cohesive unit a successful band needs to be,” quotes Unsigned Corner music forum, “Almost Normal experienced this first hand.”
Singer/songwriter Jesse Pino is no stranger to the music scene. The Vegas native musician/martial artist first started making music seriously in 1998-99. At age 15 he formed the melodic punk band Nadaclue. Heavily inspired by the bands of Fat Wreck Chords and Epitaph, they gained a fair amount of popularity capturing kids with their fast, driven beats, hook-laden song writing with solid harmonies.
Soon after Nadaclue’s short lived 2 year span, Pino spent the next 10 years (2000-2010) maturing and developing through other styles of music which would bring him on guitar and backup vocals for Las Vegas’ much-loved 5-piece rock band Left Standing. Sharing the stage with his two older brothers, Left Standing serves up a welcome dose of rock n roll as well as incredible acoustic sets.
In 2010, Jesse decided to step out on his own and pursue his own creativity. And 2016 starts off strong for Pino, being honored with the title of Las Vegas’s “Best Singer-Songwriter” from KNPR. Org & Desert Companion Magazine. Pino is currently preparing to release a new E.P. showcasing his backing band The Vital Signs. The EP is set to be released in 2016.
