The 18th Annual Pet-a-Palooza will be here before we know it,
and we hope your animal non-profit/rescue organization will be able to join us this year on Saturday, April 1st from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm!

Thank you for your interest in this year’s Pet-a-Palooza! We’re really excited for this year’s event and that so many of you are anxious to sign up and return for another great year! The event is once again free to the public, thanks to our great sponsors, and will take place at Sunset Park located at 2601 E Sunset Road!

We will continue to allow all animal non-profits and rescue groups that serve the local Las Vegas community and surrounding areas to participate in Pet-a-Palooza free of charge without favoritism or political agenda, unless severe infractions to the animal rescue cause are realized and verified by us.

If you would like to join us, please fill out the below “Pet-a-Palooza Non-Profit/Rescue Group” submission form. The information you provide us with will be used as contact information to confirm your space and send you any additional information. The form must be submitted no later than 9 a.m. Monday, March 20th, 2017. Submissions received after this date may not be admitted to the event.

Please note that we are only providing you with a 10×10 space. If you would like to rent a tent, tables, chairs or would like power, you will need to order that through Cooling and Power Rentals. Their rental form is available through a link below. You can print and submit the form along with payment directly to them. You are welcome to bring your own 10×10 tent, table, and chairs to utilize. If you choose to bring your own tent, you must provide weights for it in case of wind. Staking is not allowed.

If you intend on selling items, you must disclose that on in your submission. If you do not inform us of your intent to sell prior to the event, you will not be allowed to sell. As a reminder you are not allowed to sell or distribute food or beverage (including water) as that conflicts with the multiple food vendors we have on-site at the event. Food and treats for animals is certainly ok though!

Animal Rescues that are planning to bring animals on-site for adoption or for show, will be required to provide Mix 94.1 (CBS Radio Stations Inc.) a copy of your Certificate of Insurance name CBS Radios Stations Inc and Clark County Parks and Recreation as additionally insured.
